Portfolio & Process
Every avionics panel we build is a one-of-a-kind collaboration, custom-designed, precision CNC-cut, professionally wired, and ready to install. Browse our recent VFR, IFR, and glass cockpit builds and see how we take your project from first conversation to a fully finished, flight-ready panel.
How It Works
A transparent, five-stage workflow designed to keep you informed, involved, and confident, from your first consultation to a fully finished, flight-ready avionics panel.
Every avionics panel project begins with a detailed conversation and a live, interactive design session. We take time to understand your aircraft, your mission profile, and your vision for the panel. Whether you're building a simple VFR weekend flyer or a fully capable IFR platform, we walk through your avionics wishlist, budget, and timeline to ensure everything aligns from the start.
During this stage, we collaborate with you in real time using a drag-and-drop panel design tool. You’ll visually build your layout alongside us, seeing how each avionics component, switch, and control fits together. This eliminates guesswork and gives you a clear preview of your final panel before CAD work begins.
Our goal is to remove uncertainty early and give you complete confidence moving forward. You work directly with the team designing and building your panel, not a sales intermediary, ensuring your input is carried through every stage of the process.
With your layout finalized, we transition into detailed CAD design using Autodesk Fusion. Here, your panel is engineered to exact tolerances, including spacing, mounting points, avionics cutouts, labeling, and structural considerations specific to your aircraft model.
This stage focuses on ergonomics, readability, switch placement, and real-world usability. You will receive high-quality renders and have the opportunity to request adjustments before final approval. While the major decisions were made collaboratively during consultation, this phase ensures every detail meets professional, flight-ready standards.
The result is a fully engineered avionics panel design optimized for reliability, ease of installation, and long-term durability.
Once your avionics panel design is approved, we move into precision fabrication. Each panel is CNC-cut from aircraft-grade aluminum to ensure perfect fitment, structural integrity, and repeatable accuracy. Your selected finish, anodized or automotive grade paint, is applied for durability, corrosion resistance, and a professional cockpit-ready appearance. High-resolution laser engraving provides crisp, permanent labeling for switches, breakers, and avionics.
In parallel, we begin constructing your wiring harness using mil-spec wire, aviation-grade connectors, and clearly labeled terminations. Every harness is built with reliability, serviceability, and clean routing in mind, ensuring your electrical system is as organized as it is dependable.
This is where your panel truly comes to life. Your avionics, whether customer-supplied or sourced through us, are carefully installed and integrated into the panel. Switches, breakers, dimmers, and supporting components are mounted with precision. Wiring harnesses are routed, secured, and organized to ensure a clean, maintainable, and serviceable installation.
Every completed panel undergoes a full bench test to verify avionics functionality, confirm proper wiring, and ensure all systems operate exactly as intended. We treat each build with the same care and attention we would expect in our own aircraft, because reliability and safety are non-negotiable.
Once your panel passes final testing, it is prepared for shipment. We securely package your completed panel and include detailed installation documentation, wiring diagrams, labeled connectors, and configuration notes to make installation as smooth as possible.
Our support continues after delivery. If you have questions during installation, need clarification, or want guidance during first power-on, we are here to help. From delivery to final fitment, we stand behind every panel we build.
